1. Provider

2. Services

We provide interior design and renovation. Quotes, timelines and descriptions are estimates unless fixed in a signed agreement. Pricing is disclosed before contract conclusion.

3. Client obligations and payment

You must provide accurate information, grant access and pay on time. Fees and instalments are set out in the agreement; receipts or invoices are issued as required by law.

4. Warranty and liability

Work is performed with reasonable skill and care. Warranty scope is defined in the agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

5. Portfolio and IP

We may photograph completed work for portfolio and advertising in compliance with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996 (as amended). Designs remain our property until full payment and transfer.

6. Complaints

Send complaints to hello@veridianspace.com. We follow Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172 of 19 March 1994 'On Approval of the Rules for Provision of Services' (as amended). Consumers may use out-of-court resolution under Law of Ukraine No. 1875-VIII 'On Alternative Dispute Resolution' dated 18 June 2016 (as amended).

7. Governing law and data

These terms are governed by the Civil Code of Ukraine and Commercial Code of Ukraine. Online offers are subject to Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015 (as amended) and Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12 May 1991 (as amended). Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 1 June 2010 (as amended). Cookies and device storage are used with consent under Law of Ukraine No. 1280-IV 'On Electronic Communications' dated 18 November 2003 (as amended), Article 50.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after posting means acceptance.
